I offer virtual counselling to people living in rural areas. I provide service to all adults & youth, and specialize in support for those in farming and ranching and rural communities, including men and women ages 18+. I also provide specialized support for female youth ages 16&17.My approach is strengths-based and non-judgemental, using evidence based therapy like CBT to support my clients. My session are for and about my clients, focusing on what important issues have brought them to connect with me. I am here to create a safe, comfortable space for people to share their stories or work through a current struggle.
My passion includes decreasing stigma towards mental health and addictions issues, specifically in rural areas. As part of a family farm business, I understand and value connections to land and the stresses of family run businesses. I’m proud to provide experienced counselling to youth as they work through some of their most difficult years, as I think things can always get better.
